I also am keeping a daily journal which was given to me as a graduation present (thanks Pat!)  I also recieved a camera and a Korean phrase book as a grad present (thanks grama!).  So here is my first journal entry from July 10th and one of my first pictures taken on the camera!

FIRST POST!!

Hello!  My name is Ryan Manary and I am starting off my blog with this post.  If you are reading this then you are probably a friend or family member who is curious as to how I am doing in South Korea!  I am keeping this blog for your benifit, as well as to document my journey.  It is Tuesday July 26th, and I will be departing from Cleveland, Ohio three weeks from tomorrow!  I'm very excited and will probably post a couple more entries before I go.  Hope you enjoy my blog and feel free to post [appropriate] comments!
